Hardness
304/316L: HRC 20–28
420: HRC 45–52
440C: HRC 55–62
Corrosion Resistance: No rust after ≥48 hours salt spray test for 304, ≥72 hours for 316L
Operating Temperature: -50℃ ~ 400℃ (depending on material grade)
Applicable Standards: GB/T 308, ISO 3290, ASTM F2281
Product Advantage
Smooth Surface & High Roundness
Boasts a smooth surface and high roundness, non-sticky to materials, easy to clean, and ideal for hygiene-grade working conditions.
Moderate Density & Uniform Grinding
With moderate density, it delivers uniform grinding force, effectively refines materials without over-crushing, and is perfect for fine grinding and dispersion.
High Dimensional Accuracy
Maintains high precision in size, compatible with laboratory ball mills as well as industrial grinding and polishing equipment.
Non-Magnetic Option
Certain grades (304/316L) are non-magnetic, making them suitable for grinding magnetic-sensitive electronic materials.
